Wei is a researcher and engineer specializing in audio, LLM, and multimodal R&D, with a record of recognized publications. His work has been featured in multiple Google products that benefit billions of users, such as YouTube, and has been covered by the Google AI Blog, TechCrunch, Wall Street Journal, and the Scientific American Podcast.

 

In his spare time, he sometimes take city walks to explore random local shops and listen to jazz and R&B. ​He is currently based in New York. Originally from Hefei, China, he has a great memory of his hometown, and he has spent some time in Chengdu, Los Angeles, Dallas, Mountain View, and Seattle.
